Terms

Last updated 2026-09-18

What this is, what it is not, and the few rules. Nothing is sold here and no account exists, so most of the usual clauses do not apply.

What this is

A tarot site. You write a question, draw from a 78-card Rider–Waite deck, and a reader — an AI persona with a particular way of looking — writes an interpretation. Using it means you accept what is on this page and on the privacy page.

What it is not

It is not advice. A reading is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or safety guidance, and it is not therapy or relationship counselling. For any of those, go to someone licensed to give it. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency or crisis service — this site cannot help with that and will not try.

It is not prediction, and it does not claim accuracy. The text is generated by a language model; it can be wrong, it can contradict itself, and it can sound more certain than anything here has grounds to be. What tarot does here is hold your question still long enough to look at it. Decisions remain yours.

Age

You need to be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher minimum. Under 18, use it with a parent or guardian’s permission.

A few rules

Do not use this to harass, threaten or profile another person. Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, or to get the model to produce material that is illegal where you are. Do not present a reading as professional advice to someone else. If any of that happens, access can be cut without notice.

What you write

Your questions stay yours. The site is allowed to do exactly one thing with them: send them to the model to produce your reading, and store them so a reader can remember. They are not used to train anything, not sold, and not shown to anyone else. They are emptied after 180 days, or the moment you use the delete control.

The pictures

The card faces are the 1909 Rider–Waite plates drawn by Pamela Colman Smith, which are in the public domain. The reader portraits are public-domain or CC0 paintings from Wikimedia Commons; each reader’s page names the artist, the work and the year. Everything else — the frames, the backs, the star charts, the spreads — was drawn for this site in code, and you are welcome to screenshot a reading and share it.

It can change or stop

This is run by one person. Readers, spreads and features can change, and the site can go down or go away. If it is going away for good, the delete control and the contact address stay working long enough for you to take a copy or remove what is yours.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, free, with no warranty of any kind — including that it will be available, that a reading will be accurate, or that it will suit your situation. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for what follows from using it. What the law does not allow to be waived is not waived: if you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this page says.

Which law

Japanese law governs these terms. If a dispute cannot be settled by writing to the address below, the Tokyo District Court is the court of first instance. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protections or the courts your own country gives you.

Changes and contact

These terms change when the site does. The date at the top is when they were last true. Anything at all: [email protected].
