About the site

What this place actually does

Three languages, the 78 Rider–Waite cards, several readers. One deck, different eyes — and each reader keeps their own memory of you. Below: how a reading runs, what the reading actually reads, and what this does not do.

The short version

Product

A tarot site in three languages (en / ja / zh). No app, no account needed for the first reading.

Deck

The 78 Rider–Waite–Smith cards from 1909, upright and reversed, drawn at random before anything is written.

Readers

AI personas with different interpretive methods. Not psychics, and nobody is typing on the other end.

Inputs

Your question, the cards drawn, their positions in the spread, upright or reversed, how the cards sit together, the local card meaning, and what this reader already remembers about you.

Memory

Cards that have come up more than once with the same reader — plus where each one sat last time and which way up. A different reader is a different memory.

Limits

No accuracy claims, no dates, no reading of other people, and nothing here is medical, legal, financial or safety advice.

How one reading runs

  1. 01ASK

Write the question in your own words. A vague question gets a vague reading — the guides have the wording that works.

  2. 02SHUFFLE

You shuffle and you stop. Five hands to shuffle with, an arc or a full ring of all 78 to pick from.

  3. 03DRAW

Pick your own cards. Position and orientation are fixed the moment you pick — before a single word is written.

  4. 04READ

The reader writes from those cards, that spread, and what they remember. Then you can follow up without leaving the reading.

  5. 05ECHO

Optional: let this spread come back in a few days and tell the reader what actually happened. That answer becomes part of their memory.

The deck, and what a skin changes

The picture on every card stays the 1909 Rider–Waite plate. A skin changes the frame, the back and the ground — the part we drew.

The Star ARCANA
Moon & GoldThe default. Gold work on deep blue.
The Star ARCANA
FrostsilverSilver instead of gold, and a colder night.
The Star ARCANA
EmberCopper on a warmer dark — candlelight, not moonlight.
The Star ARCANA
InkAlmost no metal. For when the card should not shout.

What happens after the reading

Your record

Every reading stays: the cards, the positions, the text. Your own page shows today, the month as a calendar, the streak, and which way your cards lean.

The memory

The readers do not read your notes back to you. Repeated cards go into the next prompt as facts — "this one sat in the same position last time, reversed".

The echo

A spread can come back days later and ask how it turned out. What you answer is the only thing here that gets written by you.

What this does not do

No live psychics. The readers are AI personas with different interpretive lenses, not different people. Nobody is typing on the other end, and nothing is billed by the minute.

No accuracy is claimed. What tarot does here is hold your question still long enough to look at it.

Not advice. Readings are not medical, legal, financial or safety guidance. For those, go to someone qualified.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. The first reading needs nothing. A random id in a cookie is what links your readings together — no name, no email.

Are the readers real psychics?

No. They are AI personas with different interpretive methods, and each one is held by a written list of things it will not do — printed on its own page.

Does a card skin change the reading?

No. A skin changes the frame, the back and the ground — the layer we drew. The picture on every card stays the 1909 plate, and the meanings are untouched.

How long do you keep what I write?

The question text and the reading text are emptied after 180 days by a nightly job; the card record stays, because the card record is the memory.
